To be eligible for a return or refund, a proper unedited opening video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package from all sides
The full unboxing process without cuts or edits
The product received inside the package
Any damage, defect, or missing item clearly visible
Without a proper opening video, no return, exchange, or refund will be approved.
π Conditions for Return or Refund
Returns and refunds will only be considered if:
The product received is damaged
The product is different from the one ordered
A stone or part of the jewellery is missing or broken
The product must be:
Unused
Unworn
In original packaging with tag, box, and bill

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for the following:
Change of mind or dislike after receiving the product
Size issue (unless itβs our mistake)
Discounted, sale, or clearance items
Customized or personalized products

Once your return request is approved and the item is received back, the refund will be processed within 5β7 working days in the original payment method or wallet balance.

Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the product received is wrong or damaged from our side.
